Beneficiary Deeds

In Arizona, beneficiary deeds allow an individual to leave real estate property to another person. It is a legal document you sign and record during your lifetime that transfers property to one or more people after you pass away. It may be revoked at any time. Until you die, you may alter the property as you wish because you retain ownership. Your beneficiary will not have to wait for the probate process to finish before receiving the property.
